1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Eligibility Requirements

By using our Services, you confirm that you are accessing dewa02 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited, and that you are responsible for ensuring your use of our Services complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not prohibited by law from using online gaming services and that your use of dewa02 does not violate any applicable regulations.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

2.5 Single Account Rule

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with dewa02. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate Accounts will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials will be deemed your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dewa02 requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. You must provide government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of bank account ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number). Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of withdrawal request will result in Account suspension.

3.4 Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify dewa02 customer support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but you remain liable for any activity that occurs before you notify us of the security breach.

3.5 Account Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. dewa02 reserves the right to retain funds if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dewa02 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your Account balance. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction receipt.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your dewa02 Account are your own and originate from a legitimate source. You must deposit from a bank account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal, Account suspension, and potential forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Deposit Fees

dewa02 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank may impose interbank transfer fees beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

4.5 Deposit Limits

For responsible gaming purposes, dewa02 offers deposit limit tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Policies

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding wagering requirements or investigation flags. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

dewa02 processes most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 9 PM WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours due to additional security verification.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered during KYC verification. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If you need to change your registered bank account, contact customer support and complete re-verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits range from Rp 5.000.000 to Rp 100.000.000 depending on your Account tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Weekly and monthly withdrawal limits also apply. Contact customer support for current limit information specific to your Account.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

dewa02 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank may impose receiving fees or interbank transfer charges beyond our control. Large withdrawals may be subject to Indonesian banking regulations requiring source-of-funds documentation.

5.6 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed and sent to your bank. Once a withdrawal has been sent, it cannot be reversed. dewa02 reserves the right to cancel or reverse withdrawals if fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by dewa02 are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and validity periods. Bonus terms are published with each promotion and must be reviewed before claiming any Bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

dewa02 employs fraud detection systems to identify Bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any pattern of play deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Detected Bonus abuse will result in Bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and potential Account closure.

6.4 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered at dewa02's sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit or exclude Users from Bonus eligibility based on Account history, geographic location, payment method, or other criteria. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6.5 Bonus Cancellation

You may opt out of a Bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Opting out forfeits all Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds. dewa02 reserves the right to cancel or modify any Bonus promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

8.4 Deposit and Loss Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through your Account settings. These limits help you manage your gambling budget. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period, while decreases take effect immediately.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the dewa02 platform including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, games, and trademarks are the property of dewa02 or our licensed third-party providers and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission. 10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
